By recording your screen, you can provide our support team with a visual of the issue, facilitating quicker and more accurate resolutions. harness the power of screen recording.
- Head to https://stream.office.com/and log in with your Microsoft 365 email and password.
- Once logged in, choose the “Screen Recording” option, opening a new window
- Make sure that you allow your microphone incase you want to add any audio!
- Select screen recording
- Select the “entire screen option” on the top ribbon and then the screen you want to share.
- The “Share” button will illuminate blue when ready for selection
- Click “Start Screen Recording” to commence the recording process.
- To conclude, click the button in the middle of the screen.
- Review and Finish: After recording, press “Review” in the bottom right corner, then click “Finish” to
download the video. - Share Your Creation: Select “Share” in the top right corner to explore options for sharing your newly
created video.
