DO NOT- Save Passwords in Excel Files on Your PC!!

However, these files are not encrypted by default, meaning anyone who gains access to your computer could easily retrieve this sensitive information.” - Risk Example: “Imagine your computer is infected with malware. If you have an Excel file with passwords saved, the malware could easily access that file and steal all of vour credentials.”
DO NOT- Provide Passwords Via Email
- Explanation: “Another common but dangerous practice is sending passwords through email. Emails can be intercepted, especially if they are not encrypted, making it easy for attackers to steal this information.”
- Risk Example: “If an email containing a password is intercepted, the attacker could gain access to critical systems or sensitive data, leading to significant breaches.”
