Tech Joke of the Week: Why did the Microsoft Teams user bring a ladder to work? Because they heard the new Teams experience was on a higher level!

Now, onto the main event! You may have noticed some changes in Microsoft Teams recently, and that’s because Microsoft is introducing a revamped Teams experience packed with incredible new features, with more being added all the time. One feature that’s already generating buzz is the built-in automation, but we’ll save that for next week’s Tech Thursday. Today, we’re focusing on two quick tips to help you
make the most of the new Teams:

Forward Messages in Chat:

Tired of copying and pasting messages to relay them to other chats? Say goodbye to that hassle! With the new Teams, you can easily forward chat messages to other group or individual chats in a breeze. Simply hover over a message, select More options (…), click on Forward, enter the recipient and hit Forward. It’s that simple!

Change Your Status Without Opening Teams:

Need to update your presence status but don’t want to open Teams? No problem! With the new Teams, you can change your status right from your taskbar. Just right-click the Teams icon, select your desired salary, and voila! You’re all set without even opening the app.

These two quick tips are just a taste of what’s in store with the new Microsoft Teams experience. And don’t forget to come back next week when we dive deeper into the world of automation within Teams. Trust us, you won’t want to miss it!
